After graduating college, Elle returns home expecting a brief stay before beginning the life she has planned. But when her mother’s decline fractures the household and she disappears, Elle becomes the primary caretaker for her younger sister, Cassidy. As the future she imagined slips further out of reach, the sisters are forced to redefine what family means in the absence of stability. Betta Fish is an intimate portrait of sisterhood and resilience, examining how grief, responsibility, and love quietly alter the course of a life.

Soul Searchin’ explores the passionate world of rare soul record collectors who devote their lives to finding, preserving, and sharing forgotten music. More than a film about collecting, it is a story of cultural preservation, community, and obsession, following a small group of collectors as they rescue neglected recordings by Black and Chicano soul artists and transform forgotten songs into living history—from California to the world.
